About

Senior expertise, without the agency layers.

Nxtinno is an independent software architecture and AI engineering studio. Clients work directly with the founder — one person carries the architecture from the first decision to production.

Founder

I'm Martin Hudec, the founder of nxtinno. I work at the intersection of software architecture, hands-on engineering, integration, and emerging AI systems.

My background spans distributed platforms, cloud and Kubernetes, APIs, event-driven systems, IoT and edge computing, automation, product configuration, data pipelines, and technical leadership. I use that breadth to connect decisions that are often separated: product intent, domain design, implementation, deployment, security, and operations.

I created nxtinno for organisations that need senior technical judgement and the ability to turn that judgement into working software. Clients work with me directly, communication stays clear, and the architecture remains grounded in delivery.

Areas of deep experience

  • software and solution architecture
  • Node.js and TypeScript engineering
  • cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps, and GitOps
  • APIs, event-driven systems, and data pipelines
  • IoT, edge, and systems integration
  • RAG, MCP, agentic workflows, and automation

Principles

Architecture must enable delivery

A diagram is useful only when it makes implementation, ownership, and change easier.

AI must earn its place

Use probabilistic systems where they create meaningful value. Keep deterministic logic deterministic.

Integration is product work

APIs, data contracts, failure modes, and operational workflows are part of the user experience.

Simplicity is a technical feature

Choose the smallest architecture that meets the real constraints and does not close off the next step.

Technology

Tools change; judgement about where to apply them is the actual product. This is the current working toolkit.

  • TypeScript / Node.js
  • PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Redis / time-series databases
  • Kafka / RabbitMQ / MQTT
  • Kubernetes / OpenShift / Docker / Helm / GitOps
  • REST / event-driven APIs / OAuth2 / OIDC
  • RAG / MCP / model APIs / workflow orchestration
  • IoT / edge computing / automation platforms

How engagements work

AI & Automation Audit

A short, fixed-scope look at how your company actually works, ending in a shortlist of the jobs worth automating first and what each would take.

1 week, fixed scope

Architecture Sprint

A focused engagement that turns an ambiguous technical situation into a documented, buildable direction.

1–2 weeks

AI Production Readiness Sprint

Takes an AI idea or demo and produces the architecture, evaluation strategy, and first working slice it needs to become dependable.

2–4 weeks

Build and Integrate

Senior implementation of the critical parts — services, integrations, AI workflows, and delivery — with technical ownership through launch.

4–12+ weeks

Based in Slovakia, working remotely with clients across Europe. Workshops and key sessions can happen on site where it genuinely helps.

Curious what AI could actually do for your business?

Bring your questions, including the ones that feel too basic. In 30 minutes we go through how you work today, pick the task with the most to gain, and sketch what testing it would involve. No pitch, no obligation.
